Is this program fully online? +
Yes. All 12 sessions are delivered live on Microsoft Teams. Sessions are also recorded so you can revisit any session. You need a stable internet connection and a reasonably quiet environment for the 90-minute sessions.
I'm very busy. How much time does this really take? +
Realistically, 3–4 hours per week: 90 minutes for the live session, 30–45 minutes of preparation, and 60–90 minutes for the peer accountability check-in and between-session work. Most participants find the work directly relevant to their day job — it doesn't feel separate.
Can my company pay for this? +
Yes. Many participants use their organisation's L&D or training budget. We provide a formal invoice and, if required, a program overview document for your L&D team or Finance department. For corporate cohorts of 10+, we have a dedicated B2B proposal process.

Can I join if I want to change companies rather than get promoted internally? +
Absolutely. Month 3 of the program has a dedicated external market track — LinkedIn positioning, VP-level interview preparation, recruiter relationships, and offer negotiation. Many of our participants pursue both internal and external paths simultaneously, which is the optimal strategy for maximum leverage.
